Questions traders ask

Does TradeZento connect to my broker or place trades?

The journal itself never places orders: you enter trades manually or import file exports such as Rithmic R|Trader CSV, NinjaTrader, Excel or any CSV. Two optional features connect to Rithmic with your own login. Trade sync only reads your order history to import your trades. The trade copier (beta) does place real orders: it copies the trades of your main account to the copy accounts you switch on, within your firm's limits. Nothing is ever traded on an account you haven't switched on.

Which Rithmic export do I upload?

In R|Trader Pro open Order History, then Completed Orders, and export with Account, Status, Buy/Sell, Qty Filled, Symbol, Avg Fill Price, Order Number and Update Time. On import you confirm the file's time zone and date format, so no trade lands on the wrong day.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets 14 days of Pro free with no card required, then keeps the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade.

What is the difference between Pro and Elite?

Pro unlocks unlimited trades, imports, Excel reports, the full rule-based coach, per-pattern stats and mentor sharing. Elite adds AI-written reviews (100 per month) and improvement plans.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, from Account, then Billing. Upgrades apply immediately and charge the prorated difference. Downgrades credit unused time to your next invoice. Canceling keeps your plan until the end of the paid period.

Is my trading data private?

Yes. Every account's trades, notes and journal entries are isolated. AI reviews send only aggregated statistics, never account numbers or raw executions.

How do coupon codes work?

Enter your code during signup or on the Billing page before checkout. Valid codes are applied by Stripe to your subscription.
