How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades take effect immediately and the prorated difference is charged right away. Downgrades between paid plans take effect immediately with the unused time credited to your next invoice. Moving to Free keeps your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. On Free you can still view everything; adding new trades is limited to 50 per month and imports switch off.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get 14 days of Pro free with no card required. Friends invited with a referral link get 30 days.
Do you offer coupons or discounts?
Yes. Enter a coupon code at signup or on the Billing page. Yearly billing already saves about two months.
How is payment handled?
Payments are processed by Stripe. TradeZento never sees or stores your card number.
